Purpose: The purpose of this applied research is to study the Effectiveness of gamification on corporate training.  Methodology: A gamified course was designed and implemented to train the location of Fire Hosing Cabinet for 24 employees of a firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Using a quantitative quasi-experimental research plan (post-test only control group design) the participants of the study were randomly assigned to treatment (12) and control (12) groups and trained for a week.  Conclusion: The descriptive and interpretive result of the posttest analyses indicated the Effectiveness of gamification of the training performed for the employees of the firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Moreover, the descriptive result of Gamification Acceptance Questionnaire answered by the members of the experimental group after gamified training indicated that all the participants in the experimental group were satisfied with the gamified training course.

Objective: The present study was conducted with the aim of effective school-based self-control skill training on increasing psychological hardiness and self-efficacy of male students of the first secondary level.Method: This research is a semi-experimental study with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of the present study included male students of the first secondary school in Qom city, 30 students were selected using the available sampling method and divided into two groups of 15 people completely randomly. Students in the experimental group participated in 8 sessions of the school-based self-control training program, and the control group did not receive training. Before and after the implementation of the intervention, both groups were evaluated using the psychological hardiness scale of Lang and Goulet (2003) and the self-efficacy scale of children and adolescents (SEQ-C). The data was analyzed using spss-22 software and through repeated measures analysis of variance test.Findings: The results showed that school-based self-control skill training has a significant effect on increasing students' psychological hardiness and self-efficacy (P<0.01). Conclusion: The findings of the present study indicated that school-based self-control skill training can be an effective intervention in increasing psychological hardiness and self-efficacy in students.

The aim of this paper is examining the simultaneous impact of good governance and Government spending on economic growth in MENA countries. To estimate model, we've used GMM method during 2002-2016. The results show that good governance (weighted average of six indexes) and Government spending have positive and significant effect on economic growth. GDP last period and trade openness variable have positive and significant effect on economic growth. Inflation variable has negative and significant effect and private investment variable has positive and insignificant effect on economic growth. The effect of both economic growth and Government spending is positive and significant. Good governance index resulted from combination of existing six indexes by Principle Components Model, has been estimated in another model and it indicates positive relationship with more effect on economic growth.

Over the past two decades, research on the role of Government in the economy has focused on the size of Government and its tasks in the economy in terms of the efficiency and Effectiveness of the state in the economy. This change of view on the state of the economy has led to the formation of several studies on the formulation and presentation of indicators of Government efficiency and Effectiveness in global reports and research. In this regard, the adaptation of these indicators and the presentation of indicators derived from the principles and duties of the Government in Islamic economics is of great importance. By adopting a straightforward conceptual approach to efficiency and Effectiveness, the efficiency and Effectiveness of the Government can be arranged so that using resources and authority, the tasks are carried out in such a way that it has the highest output and revenue and achieve the most effective results. This research is based on the position and duties of the Government in the economic system of Islam, after separating the areas of Government duties, including macroeconomic, monetary and financial areas, Government revenue and expenditure, justice and public welfare, administrative and management, regulation and market surveillance, security Economic and property rights and the field of science and education to extract and provide indicators of assessing the efficiency and Effectiveness of Government in the above areas and ranking each of the indicators based on the experts questionnaire. The index of the ratio of households under the headline of poverty to total households in the area of justice and welfare among64 indicators, ranked first, which shows that according to expert opinions, the area of justice in measuring the efficiency and Effectiveness of the Government with the index (low) ratio Households under the poverty line are the most important component and indicator. The set of identified and ranked indicators in this research can be used to measure Government performance in accordance with Islamic economics.

This research attempts to determine the effect of electoral cycles (including election year, Government ideology, coalition, and minority Government) on the Effectiveness of Government in two groups of selected developing countries (group sample) and developed countries (control group) for the period 2002-2018 by using the panel data and generalized moment method. The results show that the effect of electoral cycles (including election year, Government ideology, and coalition) on the Effectiveness of Government in both groups of selected countries is negative and significant, and the effect of the minority Government on the Effectiveness of Government in both groups of selected countries is positive and significant. Moreover, the effect of control variables (including e-Government and research and development expenditures) on the Effectiveness of Government in both groups of selected countries is positive and significant. However, while the effect of Government size on the Effectiveness of Government in developing countries is negative and significant, it is insignificant in the selected developed countries.
